I’ve had a few weeks were BJJ has been on the back burner, i’ve felt flat and had no “suave” in me…
At the minute i feel the same but now i’m settling back into work and uni, i can start to get my BJJ back on track, BJJ is a deeply personal sport, some where the sports man and hobbist can train together and both achieve there own goals.
So what inspires you, i mean really makes you think “yes i will get my arse out of bed and do what ever it is that your into”
For different people its different things, the speech, the ideal, the personal satifaction or the medal.
Me, I freely admit that i need a good kick up the arse every now and then, this usually happens in the form of me getting lazy when training and getting tapped by a simple technique to which i wouldnt normaly fall foul, that said i dont feel bad about tapping so long as it teaches me something.
